Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Essential parts or accessories are missing from the package.

Return Request Time

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or assembled products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Minor variations in color, wood grain, texture, or dimensions, as these are natural characteristics of wood and engineered board materials.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional offers, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wooden & Board Products

Our products, including Churir Alna, Kitchen Rack, Flower Stand, Bamboo Light, Book Shelf, Wall Shelves, and other wooden or board furniture, are made from natural wood, bamboo, or engineered board materials.

Because of this:

  • Slight differences in color, texture, grain, and measurements are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Customers should inspect the product upon delivery.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to water, excessive weight, improper installation, or accidental impact is not covered.

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • We will replace the product with the same item whenever possible.
  • If the item is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for approved cases where replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, including:

  • Mobile Banking
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment Gateway

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), BDSAj.com will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In other eligible situations, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, the standard Return & Replacement Policy will apply.

রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি (Refund & Return Policy)

রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা

নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে আপনি রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন:

  • ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে।

  • পরিবহনের সময় পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভাঙা অবস্থায় পৌঁছালে।

  • পণ্যে উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি (Manufacturing Defect) থাকলে।

  • পণ্যের প্রয়োজনীয় কোনো অংশ বা আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী অনুপস্থিত থাকলে।

রিটার্নের সময়সীমা

  • পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

  • যাচাইয়ের জন্য পণ্য এবং প্যাকেজিংয়ের পরিষ্কার ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রদান করতে হতে পারে।

যেসব পণ্য রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়

নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না:

  • ব্যবহৃত বা সংযোজন (Assembled) করা পণ্য।

  • গ্রাহকের ভুল ব্যবহার, অসাবধানতা বা অবহেলার কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।

  • কাঠ, বাঁশ বা বোর্ডের প্রাকৃতিক বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারণে রঙ, টেক্সচার, গ্রেইন বা মাপে সামান্য পার্থক্য।

  • কাস্টমাইজড বা অর্ডার অনুযায়ী তৈরি করা পণ্য।

  • অফার, ক্লিয়ারেন্স বা বিশেষ ছাড়ে কেনা পণ্য (যদি না ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিযুক্ত হয়)।

কাঠ ও বোর্ডের পণ্যের বিশেষ শর্ত

আমাদের চুড়ির আলনা, কিচেন র‍্যাক, ফ্লাওয়ার স্ট্যান্ড, বাঁশের লাইট, বুক শেলফ, ওয়াল শেলফ এবং অন্যান্য কাঠ বা বোর্ডের তৈরি পণ্য প্রাকৃতিক উপকরণ দিয়ে তৈরি।

তাই—

  • রঙ, টেক্সচার, কাঠের গ্রেইন বা মাপে সামান্য পার্থক্য স্বাভাবিক এবং এটি কোনো উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।

  • পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করে গ্রহণ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

  • ডেলিভারির পর পানি, অতিরিক্ত ওজন, ভুল ব্যবহার, ভুলভাবে স্থাপন বা দুর্ঘটনার কারণে হওয়া ক্ষতি রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি

আপনার আবেদন যাচাইয়ের পর অনুমোদিত হলে—

  • সম্ভব হলে একই পণ্য রিপ্লেস করে দেওয়া হবে।

  • একই পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে সমমূল্যের অন্য পণ্য অথবা আমাদের বিবেচনায় রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

রিফান্ড নীতি

শুধুমাত্র অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্রে এবং রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সম্ভব না হলে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

রিফান্ড নিম্নলিখিত মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হতে পারে:

  • মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং

  • ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার

  • অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে

অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

কুরিয়ার চার্জ

  • আমাদের ভুলের কারণে (ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য) রিটার্ন হলে কুরিয়ার খরচ BDSAj.com বহন করবে।

  • অন্যান্য গ্রহণযোগ্য ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্নের কুরিয়ার চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে।

অর্ডার বাতিল

  • পণ্য কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।

  • একবার পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না। সেক্ষেত্রে এই রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
